Leila Week 6


This week's writing stimulus was the phrase ...she was shocked to see... 


Sally is so excited because it's her birthday! She jumped downstairs and she shocked to see that her Mum,Dad,brother and Nena that they had all forgotten her birthday. Sally was so upset but still she ate her breakfast ,got her backpack and marched to school.When Sally got home from school she was very sad and she went to her room and did her homework and read some books.Sally's brother Abraham said
 "Come on let's go outside and have some ice-cream "
and so they went outside and  "SURPRISE HAPPY  BIRTHDAY SALLY"
Sally said"I knew you would not forget my birthday".

    Leila I love how you start out your story, I could feel Sally's excitement and hopes for a day of birthday celebration. Then the mood shifts as her day goes on and nothing said. But then as it often happens on birthdays, a surprise party! Nice work writing a very delightful story.
