This week's stimulus was the word SUDDENLY
“Good night mum, night nan. See you tomorrow.”
I went to my room and brushed my teeth and went to bed.Suddenly I was at Hogwarts with Hermione,Harry and Ron and I was so excited and Hermione asked me who I was?
I said “Hagrid brought me here when I was asleep”.
Harry asked me who my parents were?
I said “My dad is a Warlord and my mum is the daughter of a Viking and the trip over here was a whirlwind of surprises and I don't want any more surprises.”
Ron asked if my dad’s name is Storm and my mum’s name Frida?
“Do you know my parents?”
“ Yes our dads are best friends”.
“Oh so you're the little boy I’ve always wanted to meet.” I said and I punched him on the shoulder.
Ron said to Harry, “Remind me not to get her bad side”.
Harry and Hermione chuckled.
Leila that sounds like a wonderful dream - or was it a dream? That's what I liked about reading your story is that it is so full of detail that it had me thinking perhaps it is not just a dream during sleep. What a fun story to read and ponder.
ReplyDeleteStory concept is good. Lots of different surprises but also a lot of 'and' connectors. I think that the middle could be tightened but you finished really well and it fit the characters. I could believe it. Would need more of the story to know if you really travelled of if a dream but that wasn't required to know in the context you gave. Well done
